Our Company S.U.N Media Ventures Pvt. Ltd has been established and incorporated in 1996 as a Pvt. Ltd and has been so since then. We have been filing our company annualised reports and balance sheets with the Company board in India since 1996. S.U.N. Media Ventures Pvt. Ltd has all Govt Statutory documents like PAN, TIN, IEC, PT and has fulfilled all it's statutory requirements within the prescribed time frame. The key people of the Company are Mr. Ramdas Bhagwat and Mr. Umesh Bhagwat. S.U.N. MEDIA VENTURES PVT. LTD was started as an endeavor to provide one-stop solution to both, Professional and Industrial Audio-Video Industry in India. S.U.N. Media Ventures Pvt. Ltd has been in the forefront of technology and ideas right from the beginning. When the Indian Studios were working on tape, SUN MEDIA was the first company to introduce, educate, train, install and commission the first Recording Studios fully Digital with no TAPE. The Recording and systems were on Apple Computer based Workstations.

In the course of the first 7-8 years the first and many Digital Studios all over the country were setup by SUN MEDIA till they became a box product. After which the Auditoriums, Studios, Schools, Hotels were also consulted and commissioned using advanced technology solutions. Since 2008 onwards, since the market was growing, it focused on Consultancy and turnkey project and the company was appointed AV consultant for NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE at Bandra Kurla Complex We have designed AV projects either independently or jointly with either Acoustic Consultant Jhaveri and Jhaveri or Architect like UC Jain, Architecture Autonomous Goa and now with Conservation Architects like Abha Lambah, Sheetal Gandhi as well.
